Terms of Service

Last Updated: December 2025

Welcome to Lantri Studio (“Lantri,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, content, and creative services. By using our website or engaging Lantri for a project, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, viewing our work, or entering into a project with Lantri, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Services Provided

Lantri Studio provides creative and production services (“Services”), which may include concept development, production, post-production, and delivery of final assets. Each project is governed by a written proposal, estimate, statement of work, or agreement (“Project Agreement”) that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, revision rounds (if any), and usage rights. If these Terms conflict with a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement controls for that project.

Revisions, Approvals, and Change Requests

Unless otherwise stated in the Project Agreement, fees include a reasonable number of revision rounds for the agreed deliverables. Revisions are changes to an approved direction; new concepts, additional deliverables, new formats, major re-edits, or added shoot days are out of scope and may require a change order and additional fees. Client approvals (including via email, message, or project-management tools) authorize Lantri to proceed; delays in approvals may impact delivery dates.

Website and Content Use

All videos, images, graphics, text, and designs on this website are owned by or licensed to Lantri Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may view and share our work for personal or professional reference.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.

  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Client Responsibilities

When working with Lantri, clients agree to:

  • Provide timely and accurate information, materials, and feedback.

  • Confirm they have the rights to any assets provided (logos, music, footage, fonts, etc.) and that they do not infringe third-party rights.

  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.

  • Maintain clear communication to prevent delays and scope changes.

Client represents that it owns or has permission to use all materials it provides (including logos, trademarks, footage, images, fonts, and music) and that such use will not violate third-party rights. Client is responsible for obtaining any required clearances unless the Project Agreement states otherwise.

Payments & Billing

Project fees are outlined in the project agreement.

  • Unless otherwise stated, work typically begins after a deposit (commonly 50%) is received, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or per milestones.

  • Late payments may pause work and/or incur fees as allowed by law.

  • Payments are non-refundable once services have started, except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

Unless explicitly included in the Project Agreement, third-party costs may be billed to the client, including (but not limited to) location fees, permits, talent, music licensing, stock footage, rentals, travel, shipping, media purchases, and specialist vendors. Lantri will seek approval for material expenses when practical.

Intellectual Property and Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Lantri retains ownership of underlying concepts, methods, project files, and source materials (including raw footage and working files).

  • Upon full payment, client receives a license to use the final deliverables as specified in the Project Agreement.

  • Any unused concepts, drafts, or alternates remain Lantri’s property.

  • Lantri may display completed work in its portfolio, showreels, case studies, and marketing unless confidentiality is requested in writing before project start.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public or proprietary information shared during the collaboration. Confidentiality obligations remain in effect after project completion, subject to any agreed exclusions.

Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lantri from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from client-provided materials, instructions, or approvals, including claims related to intellectual property, publicity rights, or licensing.

Limitation of Liability

Lantri will provide services with reasonable care and professionalism. However:

  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., engagement, sales, views, press).

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lantri is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Lantri’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure

Lantri is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, illness, accidents, acts of government, supply chain disruptions, power/internet outages, labor actions, location shutdowns, or equipment failure not caused by gross negligence. Timelines will be reasonably adjusted.

Termination / Project Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If a project is terminated or paused, client remains responsible for: (a) all work completed through the termination date, (b) any committed or non-cancellable expenses, and (c) reasonable wrap costs required to hand off project materials. Deposits are non-refundable once work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, USA, and the parties consent to jurisdiction there.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
